Continental 230 HP O-470-J. Overhauled by Ocean Aero in Delta, BC 3/22/89. November annual. McCauley 2A34C203-C Propeller 174 since new.

Owned by current owner since 1993. Previously in Alberta and British Columbia. Current owner used aircraft for many kinds of aerial survey, photography and data gathering...and modified to suit. NDH. Far fewer take-offs and landings than other aircraft of similar hours.

Step 2 - Damage History Summary:
Review logbooks and 337s, listing all repairs. Then visually inspect each repair, noting its quality. Be on the lookout for additional repairs that may not be noted in the logbooks (uneven rivets, patches and areas of new paint are all key signs). If more room is need, please use additional page. If a major repair is found that was not included in the history section of the aircraft specifications please call Barb immediately at (707) 237-2554.

Step 3 - Engine Condition

Are the baffles eroded or misshapen?  
Check for corrosion, leaks, worn gaskets and loose connectors. Did you find any?

Is the condition of the aircraft worse than expected considering it's times?  
Check Compressions (Hot). List results on next line. Are any less than 70?  
 


Step 4 - Condition Report

Is the condition of the exterior as represented?  
Is the condition of the interior as represented?  
Is there any corrosion?  
Do all the avionics work?
