Fresh Annual (Oct.2009). 1999 - Airframe stipped, etched and custom painted with black, maroon and copper trim on white. New front and aft windshields installed. New stainless hardware. New tires in 2008.
ENGINE(S): 1255.5 SMOH (878 TTSN Prop)
Continental O-470-R. In 2008 the alternator, vacuum pump, exhaust system and two cylinders were replaced.
INTERIOR: Very Clean Creme colored.
1999 - All new interior installed to include FAA rated sound proofing in all cabin panels(quieter, warmer/cooler cabin). All new creme colored plastic trim as well.Installed new 4-place Flightcom intercom.
AVIONICS/PANEL:
Narco CP126 Audio Panel, 2 each King 155 NavComs, King 208 VOR indicator, King 209 Glide Slope indicator, King KR86 ADF, Narco 890 DME, Narco AT50 Transponder, Aero Mech 9150 remote Altitude Encoder,Narco Marker Beacon, North Star Loran, Britain Auto Pilot- (inop). 4-place Flitecom intercom.

HISTORY:
Avionics upgraded 1986. 1999 interior, glass and paint. 1986 prop strike and subsequent engine overhaul and prop replacement. Present owner is the 4th since new. Always hangered. Excellent maintenance. Primarily a Midwest region aircraft for most of its history, except for a stint in Arizona.
